◎ Appearance

Deep orange hue with brilliant clarity despite being unfiltered, suggesting excellent yeast stability and grain selection. A bright white head forms and maintains good retention, with visible lacing clinging to the glass as you drink. Fine carbonation contributes to the clean, inviting presentation.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with vibrant tropical stone fruit—passion fruit and guava lead, accompanied by bright citrus notes of lemon and white grape. Beneath these sits a subtle piney evergreen character and a whisper of cotton candy sweetness, suggesting careful hop selection and timing. Alcohol warmth is perceptible but restrained.

◐ Taste

The palate enters soft and juicy, tropical fruit flavors rolling across the tongue with a full but supple body that never feels heavy. Mid-palate maintains that fruity sweetness while building toward a bracing, dry finish where noble bitterness asserts itself cleanly. The balance favors fruit through the swallow, with hop bitterness arriving as a satisfying snap rather than a harsh bite.

◑ Finish

The finish is dry and moderately long, with citric and piney hop character lingering on the palate. Slight warming from alcohol remains subtle, allowing the bitterness to fade gracefully into a crisp, thirst-quenching aftertaste.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
