◎ Aussehen

Deep golden amber with a hazy, turbid body characteristic of a bottle-conditioned wheat bock. A thick, persistent head forms readily and clings to the glass with fine lacing throughout the drink. The cloudiness derives from suspended yeast and wheat proteins, a hallmark of the style.

◌ Aroma

The nose is intensely floral and aromatic, driven by the Hallertauer Tradition and Saphir hops used in both boil and dry hop. Tropical stone fruit dominates—mango, papaya, and pineapple leap forward—alongside ripe apricot and banana. Beneath the hop character lies a subtle biscuity malt sweetness that grounds the profile.

The palate opens with gentle biscuity malt sweetness and tangerine citrus notes that evolve through the mid-palate. A firm, clean bitterness builds steadily, balancing the wheat beer's inherent sweetness without overwhelming it. The malty foundation provides body and warmth befitting the 8.2% ABV, while the dual-use hops continue their fruity and spicy dialogue.

The finish is warming and lingering, with a persistent bitter grip and a faint tropical-fruit echo. The high alcohol presence adds to the sense of depth without harshness.
