◎ Aussehen

Golden with a distinct copper tilt, showing excellent clarity beneath a substantial, persistent head. The carbonation is visible and lively, with fine bubbles rising steadily through the body. Head retention is notably strong, clinging to the glass with attractive lacing.

◌ Aroma

The nose is led decisively by malt, with a pronounced banana note characteristic of weizenbock fermentation. Beneath this sits a light, peppery spice and hints of dried stone fruit, all supported by a clean, yeasty foundation. The overall impression is warm and inviting without aggressive alcohol vapors.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with sweet wheat notes and soft malt sweetness that quickly gives way to a full, rounded, and well-integrated body. Four malts provide depth and complexity, while the spice emerges on the mid-palate with gentle pepper tones. The carbonation supports the texture without sharpness, and the 7% alcohol is present but never hot or intrusive.

The finish is medium to medium-long, dominated by dried fruit notes—dark stone fruit and subtle raisin—that linger pleasantly. The alcohol warmth becomes more apparent in the aftertaste, grounding the beer's strength without bitterness.
