The nose leads with delicate pear and light apricot esters characteristic of the dual Belgian yeast blend, supported by a subtle peppery spice and faint clove-like note. Beneath this sits a biscuit-toned malz foundation with a floral, grassy lift from whole hop flowers, creating an intricate, restrained aromatic profile.

Entry is clean and fruit-forward, with pear and light stone fruit sitting comfortably against a peppery, slightly spiced mid-palate. The biscuit-toned malz holds the composition together, while whole hop flowers provide a floral, grassy character with a measured, non-aggressive bitterness that sits well within the frame.
