◎ Aussehen

Pale straw-yellow with near-perfect clarity, the beer presents an almost luminous quality against light. The head rises tall and fine-bubbled, holding a delicate lacing along the glass as carbonation actively persists. The high carbonation manifests as a persistent stream of fine bubbles, lending the beer a crisp, animated character.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright white grape and pressed green apple, drawn forward by the riesling grape skin conditioning. Beneath the fruit sit faint cereal and wheat notes, kept deliberately light and recessive. A subtle tannic grip and minerality round out the bouquet, tilting the overall impression closer to an unwooded white wine than to traditional wheat beer.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is clean and sharply acidic, with the wheat base providing a dry, transparent body that doesn't impede the fruit. Mid-palate showcases pressed apple and white grape with a faint tannic texture from the grape skins, pulling the flavor profile decidedly toward cider. Bitterness remains nearly absent, allowing the acidity and fruit character to define the entire palate without obstruction.

The finish is crisp and dry, with lingering acidity and a subtle tannin structure that fades cleanly. The aftertaste echoes pressed apple and grape with no lingering sweetness or residual bitterness.
