A delicate white head forms at the pour, fine-bubbled and ephemeral, leaving only faint traces of lacing as it subsides. The carbonation appears moderate and well-integrated, lending a gentle effervescence without aggression.

The nose opens with ripe strawberry—sun-warmed and sun-baked rather than jammy or cooked. Beneath the fruit emerges a gentle lactic tartness paired with subtle floral notes suggestive of Provençal herbs and dry grass. A whisper of farmhouse funk and soft wheat grain grounds the bouquet in Belgian tradition.

The palate is light and refreshing, with bright acidity cutting cleanly across the mid-palate.
