◎ Aussehen

Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and bright translucency. A firm white head forms on the pour and clings persistently to the glass, leaving distinct lacing as you drink. Carbonation is crisp and assertive, visible as a steady stream of fine bubbles.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with Chinook's distinctive grated grapefruit skin and resinous pine notes, sharp and dry. Citra brings a juicy orange zest character with tropical undertones that soften the initial intensity without obscuring it. The malt base remains restrained, allowing the hop profile to dominate the aromatic landscape.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and hoppy, with immediate bitter grapefruit and pine resin settling across the palate. Mid-palate delivers juicy orange and brighter citrus notes that add dimension without sweetness. Bitterness is clean and dry throughout, sustained by a lean malt base that refuses to round the edges or add body.

◑ Abgang

Long, dry, and resinous fade with lingering bitter citrus notes and a distinct sappy quality. The warmth of 8% alcohol shows as subtle heat rather than sweetness, leaving the mouth crisp and slightly astringent.
