Boréale Dorée presents a bright golden hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that settles into a thin collar of lacing. The carbonation is moderate and steady, creating a clean visual impression of a well-crafted golden ale.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with distinct honey notes softened by gentle cereal grain undertones. A subtle bread-crust character emerges from the roasted barley base, while hop aromatics remain restrained and clean, allowing the malt and honey to define the olfactory profile.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with honeyed malt sweetness held in careful check by a dry, bready finish from roasted grain. The body remains light and crisp throughout, with low bitterness (18 IBU) refusing to overpower the delicate interplay of honey and malt. Hop character is minimal, leaving clean malt flavors and subtle toasted notes to carry the mid-palate.

The finish is clean and refreshing, dry rather than sticky, with the roasted barley providing a subtle grip that prevents sweetness from lingering. Aftertaste fades quickly to a pleasant, grain-forward dryness.
