◎ Aussehen

A pale golden haze dominates the glass, a direct result of the unfiltered, yeast-in-suspension character typical of the style. The head forms quickly and clings to the glass with fine, delicate lacing. Lively carbonation rises steadily through the body, creating a soft, inviting visual presence.

◌ Aroma

Orange peel and coriander dominate the nose, striking an immediate balance between citrus brightness and herbal spice. Ginger and cardamom warmth emerge in the mid-layer, while a subtle lemon tartness and gentle yeast character round out the profile. The spicing is restrained and harmonious, never overwhelming.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with soft wheat malt and a gentle spiced complexity that unfolds gradually across the tongue. Coriander and orange dominate the mid-palate, supported by a whisper of ginger warmth and oat-derived smoothness. Bitterness remains subdued at 18 IBU, allowing the spice and citrus notes to take center stage without astringency.

◑ Abgang

The finish is dry and crisp, with a lingering lemon tartness and a faint cardamom echo that persists pleasantly on the palate. The departure is clean and refreshing, leaving no harsh residue.

Kalt servieren, um die zarten Zitrus- und Gewürzaromen zu erhalten. Zu warm werden die Hefe-Ester schwer — zu kalt verschwindet der Koriander.

Das hohe, schlanke Weizenglas fasst die volle 50cl-Portion und zeigt die trüb-goldene Farbe. Das breite Mundstück lässt Zitrus- und Gewürzaromen frei aufsteigen.
