◎ Aussehen

Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and bright luminosity. The head forms quickly and maintains steady retention with fine, delicate lacing that clings to the glass. Brisk carbonation creates a lively visual presence throughout the pour.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with soft, grainy notes reminiscent of bread crust and crackers, grounded in clean Malz character. Hallertau Tradition hops contribute a restrained herbal quality with subtle floral undertones that remain in the background. The overall impression is delicate and inviting rather than assertive or hop-forward.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is clean and light, allowing the soft malty foundation to lead. Mid-palate develops gentle biscuit and cracker notes with a whisper of herbal spice from the Edelhopfen. Bitterness remains low and restrained, permitting the grain to retain prominence and allowing the beer to finish dry without harshness.

◑ Abgang

The finish is crisp and dry, with the malty character lingering subtly on the palate. No residual sweetness or harsh aftertaste; the beer concludes with an uncluttered, refreshing quality.

Gut gekühlt bei 4–6°C servieren. Kohlensäure und Frische stehen im Vordergrund — Kälte erhält beides.
