◎ Aussehen

Pale straw yellow with exceptional clarity and a bright, white head that clings to the glass with fine lacing. Vigorous carbonation creates a continuous stream of fine bubbles that sustains the foam structure throughout the drinking experience.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with bright citrus notes—fresh orange zest and lemon—layered beneath distinctive spice from the Belgian yeast: clove, white pepper, and a hint of coriander seed. The Amarillo and Citra hops add a clean, herbal citrus accent that prevents the spice from becoming heavy or medicinal.

◐ Geschmack

The palate is light and refreshing, with wheat providing a soft, grainy foundation. Citrus and coriander move across the mid-palate in tandem, while a gentle tartness emerges alongside the yeast-derived spice, creating a balanced interplay rather than dominance by any single element. Bitterness remains restrained at 22 IBU, offering structure without harshness.

◑ Abgang

The finish is short and dry, with the tart character lingering just long enough to refresh the palate. Spice notes fade quickly, leaving no heavy aftertaste, which makes this beer particularly easy to return to.

Kalt servieren, um die zarten Zitrus- und Gewürzaromen zu erhalten. Zu warm werden die Hefe-Ester schwer — zu kalt verschwindet der Koriander.

Das hohe, schlanke Weizenglas fasst die volle 50cl-Portion und zeigt die trüb-goldene Farbe. Das breite Mundstück lässt Zitrus- und Gewürzaromen frei aufsteigen.
