◎ Aussehen

Amber colour with a warm, honeyed glow characteristic of a fuller malt bill. Unfiltered, presenting a subtle haze that softens the edges without obscuring the body. A dense, persistent head forms and clings to the glass with firm adhesion.

◌ Aroma

Grapefruit and floral Edelhopfen character dominates the nose, lending bright citrus notes and a delicate herbal quality. Underneath runs a mineral, pithy edge—earthy and clean—anchored by toasted caramel Malz that adds depth and prevents harshness. The overall impression is balanced between hop volatility and malt sweetness.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with assertive bitterness that gains backbone from the substantial malt body. Grapefruit and floral hop flavours unfold across the mid-palate, complemented by mineral notes and a subtle caramel undertone that smooths the 50 IBU into a structured rather than harsh bitterness. Herbal and faintly tropical notes round out the complexity without muddying the profile.

◑ Abgang

The finish is notably long, with firm bitterness holding steady into the aftertaste. Mineral and herbal echoes persist alongside a dry, pithy quality that invites the next sip.

Gut gekühlt servieren. Session IPAs sind am besten kalt — der niedrigere Alkohol bedeutet weniger Wärme zur Balance der Hopfen.

Die geschwungene Form konzentriert Hopfenaromen und hält den Schaum. Unverzichtbar für aromatische Ales und IPAs, bei denen die Nase die halbe Erfahrung ist.
