◎ Aussehen

Pale golden-yellow with excellent clarity and a fine white head that clings to the glass in delicate lacing. The beer displays bright, crystalline transparency characteristic of a well-executed Double IPA. Carbonation is present and lively without excessive aggression.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with prominent citrus—orange and tangelo notes lead, followed by ripe peach and stone fruit. Pine and resinous hop character provide backbone, creating a complex but cohesive bouquet. The aromatic profile is lifted and expressive without any harsh alcohol notes or solvent character.

◐ Geschmack

The palate delivers substantial hop bitterness balanced against a clean, restrained malt foundation. Citrus and peach flavors persist from the nose, with orange pith and piney undertones weaving through the mid-palate. The beer is full-bodied and mouth-filling, yet the bitterness resolves without harsh edges or boozy heat despite the 8.5% ABV.

◑ Abgang

The finish is dry and moderately long, with lingering pine and citrus oils fading to a clean, crisp conclusion. Hop bitterness persists gently without dominating the aftertaste.
