A bright golden hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that clings to the glass in delicate lacing. The beer presents a vibrant, luminous quality typical of well-crafted West Coast IPAs. Carbonation is crisp and lively, evident in steady effervescence.

◌ Aroma

Assertive and multifaceted hop character dominates the nose, with pronounced tropical citrus notes—orange zest and tangerine—mingling with fresh pine and resinous undertones. The Simcoe hops deliver their signature character with clarity and refinement. Subtle malt sweetness provides a gentle foundation without intruding on the aromatic profile.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is clean and vibrant, with citrus and tropical fruit flavors unfolding immediately across the palate. The mid-palate exhibits excellent balance between the hoppy bitterness and a light, delicate malt sweetness that never overwhelms. Bitterness is pronounced but refined, with a dry, piney character that complements rather than dominates the overall drinking experience.

The finish is clean and crisp, with lingering hop bitterness and pine notes tapering gracefully. A refreshing, dry aftertaste invites another sip without any cloying residue.
