◎ Aussehen

Räim presents a deep gold hue with excellent clarity and minimal haze despite the triple dry hop regimen. The head forms dense and persistent, with fine lacing that clings to the glass. Carbonation is lively and well-integrated, creating a vibrant visual presence.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by aggressive citrus and tropical fruit notes—grapefruit, lime, and passionfruit leap forward from a blend of New Zealand and American Edelhopfen. Beneath the hop intensity lies a clean malt foundation with subtle grain sweetness. The New England yeast contributes a soft, fruity undertone that rounds the overall character without muddying the aromatics.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is bold and hoppy, with pronounced bitterness (70 IBU) that sits comfortably within the style's expectations rather than overwhelming the palate. Mid-palate reveals layered citrus and stone fruit flavors from the hop blend, while the malz backbone provides light body and gentle sweetness that prevents harshness. The yeast character softens edges throughout, creating a drinking experience that feels fuller and rounder than the 7.8% ABV suggests.

◑ Abgang

The finish is dry and moderately lingering, with hop bitterness fading to a clean, slightly resinous aftertaste. The yeast's softening influence persists to the end, leaving no astringency or sharp edges.
