The carbonation is lively and sustained, with a fine bead rising steadily through the body. The visual presentation signals a well-crafted, full-bodied ale.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced juicy tropical fruit character—pineapple, mango, and stone fruit notes—backed by bright citrus zest. Sabro's distinctive coconut and cedar contributions add depth and warmth to the profile, while a resinous pine note emerges on the mid-palate, grounding the fruitiness with herbal complexity. The three-hop blend works in concert, creating an aromatic presence that is both generous and layered.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters with full, malty sweetness that provides ballast for 93 IBUs of assertive but rounded bitterness. Mid-palate flavors mirror the aroma—tropical fruit and citrus dancing alongside resinous, piney undertones—while Sabro's cedar and coconut notes persist without overwhelming. The bitterness remains present and firm throughout, yet avoids harshness, instead delivering a clean, dry finish that complements the 7.7% alcohol seamlessly.
