Mirakel pours a clear, luminous pale gold with excellent transparency. A lively white head forms and clings persistently to the glass, displaying fine Schaumkleiden as the beer is consumed. The carbonation is visibly active, with a steady stream of fine bubbles rising through the liquid.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by bright stone fruit and orchard notes, with green apple and lemon leading the way. Behind these sits a subtle herbaceous undertone of hay and hints of unripe grape and gooseberry, creating a complex, slightly tart character. A faint minerality underpins the profile, typical of traditional lambic blending.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with pronounced tartness and crisp acidity, delivering a bone-dry impression across the mid-palate. Light oak notes surface alongside a subtle, restrained bitterness, while minerality carries through the tasting experience. The texture remains lean and refreshing, with no residual sweetness.

The finish is short to medium, with the acidity and mineral notes lingering briefly before fading cleanly. No warming sensation persists, leaving behind only a dry, slightly astringent aftertaste.
