◎ Aussehen

Amer-Amer presents a slightly hazy orange-amber body with good transparency beneath a solid off-white head. The cloudiness suggests natural whole-cone hopping and minimal filtration. Head retention is firm, with visible lacing clinging to the glass as you drink.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with bright citrus—grapefruit and orange pith dominate—layered over resinous, piney notes and a faintly dank earthiness. Cascade dry hopping amplifies the citrus character without harshness. Subtle caramel malt undertones provide balance and depth.

◐ Geschmack

Entry brings caramel malt sweetness and peppery spice that build into a firm, woody bitterness through the mid-palate. The bitterness is persistent and well-integrated rather than sharp, with persistent resinous and herbal notes. The finish dries considerably, letting the hop character linger.

◑ Abgang

The finish is dry and lingering, with woody and piney hop bitterness extending well beyond the swallow. Light resinous notes persist in the aftertaste without any clinging sweetness.
