Hop Harvest presents a luminous blond to amber hue, reflecting its position between pale and deeper golden tones depending on the vintage. The beer displays bright clarity with a creamy white head that demonstrates firm retention and lacing. Carbonation is lively and persistent, typical of bottle-refermented Belgian ales.

◌ Aroma

The nose is unmistakably herbaceous and green, with fresh-cut grass notes dominating the profile. Citrus and pine emerge over a soft, understated malt foundation, with the floral character of the wet hops remaining vivid and immediate. The aroma carries the distinctive green vitality that defines fresh-hop brewing, best appreciated when the beer is young.

Entry is clean and light-bodied, allowing the floral hop character to assert itself quickly across the palate. A full, layered bitterness builds gradually, neither harsh nor aggressive, and carries through the mid-palate with sustained floral notes.
