◎ Aussehen

A clear, golden-yellow hue with bright transparency and medium carbonation evident in the glass. The head forms with good initial volume and displays stable Schaumhaftung, clinging to the glass walls as the beer is consumed.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with vibrant citrus—grapefruit and orange peel—layered with fresh stone fruit notes of pear and nectarine. Beneath these, a crisp piney resin emerges from continuous Simcoe and Calypso additions, while the Belgian yeast contributes a subtle fruity warmth and faint white pepper spice that lifts the overall character without dominating.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters with pronounced citrus and stone fruit, supported by a soft, wheat-derived fullness that prevents astringency. Mid-palate reveals the piney, resinous hop bitterness building steadily—firm but not harsh—while the Belgian yeast adds a peppery complexity. The moderate 40 IBU creates a balanced, clean bitterness that integrates rather than dominates.

◑ Abgang

The finish turns dry and resinous, with lingering pine and grapefruit notes fading gradually into a clean, hoppy aftertaste. The wheat-softened body prevents harshness, leaving a refreshing, crisp conclusion.
