◎ Aussehen

Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that clings to the glass with good lacing. Bright carbonation visible throughout, lending visual liveliness to a deceptively light frame.

◌ Aroma

Citrus leads decisively—grapefruit and orange peel dominate the nose, layered with softer notes of melon and stone fruit. A floral hop character rises underneath, with a subtle peppery spice from the rye grist adding complexity without overshadowing the clean, resinous hop profile.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and dry, the citrus and peach flavours arriving immediately on a light body. Mid-palate reveals the peppery snap from malted rye, grounding the fruit while allowing a pronounced resinous bitterness to build steadily. Bitterness carries authority despite the modest ABV, leaving no sweetness to linger.

◑ Abgang

Long, dry, and uncompromising finish with resinous bitterness that persists without harshness. Lingering hop character fades slowly, leaving a clean, mineral-like dryness on the palate.

Gut gekühlt servieren. Session IPAs sind am besten kalt — der niedrigere Alkohol bedeutet weniger Wärme zur Balance der Hopfen.

Die geschwungene Form konzentriert Hopfenaromen und hält den Schaum. Unverzichtbar für aromatische Ales und IPAs, bei denen die Nase die halbe Erfahrung ist.
