The beer presents a pale golden hue with a pronounced haze throughout, characteristic of the wheat and oat bill. A thick, creamy head forms readily and clings to the glass with fine retention, leaving delicate lacing on the walls. Bright carbonation lifts the suspension, creating an inviting, cloudy appearance suited to the summer brewing intent.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with vibrant pink grapefruit and orange peel, immediately setting a citrus-forward character. Beneath lies juicy stone fruit and herbal hop notes, accompanied by a subtle peppery note and faint clove impression from the Belgian house yeast. The grain bill contributes a soft, wheaten backdrop that anchors the aromatic profile without masking the bright top notes.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is bright and citrus-led, with grapefruit and orange peel defining the initial impression. The mid-palate develops juicy hop fruit and a spicy yeast character that adds complexity without harshness. Bitterness remains measured at 40 IBU, holding the center rather than dominating; the soft, hazy body from wheat and oats carries the citrus cleanly and never turns sharp or astringent.

The finish is clean and moderately long, with lingering citrus peel dryness and a gentle peppery fade. Residual sweetness from the grain bill prevents the conclusion from becoming overly dry, leaving a refreshing and approachable aftertaste.
