A pale golden haze fills the glass, dense and opaque without being murky. The head forms quickly and clings to the rim with fine, persistent lacing. Carbonation is lively but restrained, maintaining the soft, pillowy texture throughout.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright tropical fruit—mango and orange sherbet—layered beneath a peppery, galangal-forward spice. Pine and herbal notes emerge on closer inspection, grounded by soft grain and a suggestion of citrus zest. The spice is sharp but not aggressive, drawing out the aromatic complexity.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is smooth and creamy, the oats and wheat creating a plush mouthfeel that masks the moderate alcohol. Mid-palate balances soft tropical sweetness against a gently warming spice that cuts cleanly across the palate without harshness. Bitterness remains low, allowing the galangal's peppery edge and the hops' citric character to define the flavor arc without astringency.

The close is warm and lingering, with the spice continuing to glow gently on the palate. A dry, herbal fade leaves behind a trace of citrus and a faint peppery tingle that encourages another sip.
