Hazy golden-amber body with suspended yeast particles creating a cloudy, opaque appearance characteristic of the New England style. A thick, pillowy head forms and clings to the glass with notable retention. Moderate carbonation shows fine bubbles rising through the turbid liquid.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by bright tropical fruit esters from Citra and Galaxy hops—ripe mango, passionfruit, and fresh orange zest leap from the glass. Underneath runs a subtle supporting note of soft grain sweetness and a whisper of peach. The overall impression is fruity and forward, with minimal herbal or resinous hop character.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters soft and round, delivering pronounced tropical and citrus flavors without aggressive bitterness. Mid-palate shows creamy mouthfeel with notes of orange and stone fruit, the low 45 IBU allowing fruit expression to dominate. The hop bitterness is restrained and well-integrated, finishing clean without any harsh bite.

The aftertaste is brief and crisp, fading to gentle citrus and grain sweetness. No lingering bitterness or astringency; the beer leaves the palate refreshed rather than laden.
