Deep purple-red in the glass, a striking hue born from the interplay of wheat's pale foundation and the dark pigments of raspberry and blackberry. The beer sits slightly hazy, with a soft, diffuse body characteristic of weizen. A modest, delicate head settles quickly, leaving fine traces of lacing on the glass.

The nose leads with unmistakable raspberry seed and bramble jam—tart, herbaceous, and primary. Beneath lies a gentle wheat character and a whisper of bread dough, grounding the fruit without obscuring it. The lactic acidity weaves through as a subtle mineral thread, keeping the aromatics crisp and fermented rather than candied.

Entry is bright and tart, the berry tannins and lactic sharpness meeting a soft, pillowy palate from the wheat. Mid-palate develops a jammy sweetness—caught and suspended rather than cloying—while the wheat contributes a subtle yeasty, doughy note. The acidity remains prominent throughout, balancing any residual sugar and keeping the beer dancing between fruit and fermentation.
