Electric Unicorn presents a pale golden hue with a distinctly hazy, turbid character arising from its wheat and oat adjuncts. The beer displays a dense, persistent white head with fine Schaumkleiden that clings to the glass. Carbonation is gentle yet visible, lending a soft effervescence to the pour.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced banana and stone fruit esters, characteristic of the wheat and oat contribution to the grist. Behind this sits a bright citrus hop presence—grapefruit and orange zest—with subtle herbal undertones that frame without overwhelming. The overall effect is fruity and inviting, with yeast-derived sweetness complementing noble hop character.

The palate enters with soft malt sweetness—wheat and oat lend a pillowy texture and gentle sweetness—before citrus hops assert themselves across the mid-palate with grapefruit and zest. Bitterness builds gradually and finishes dry, creating a balanced tension between fruity sweetness and herbal hop bite. The 6.5% ABV sits lightly in the frame, allowing the interplay of grain and hop to dominate without heat.
