◎ Aussehen

Pale golden yellow with excellent clarity and a bright, persistent white head that clings to the glass with fine lacing. The carbonation is lively and well-integrated, creating a visual crispness that matches the beer's dry character. The color sits at the lighter end of the spectrum, allowing the wheat malt's delicate hue to dominate.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with ripe tropical stone fruit—papaya and mango—underscored by bright pineapple notes from the late Mosaic and Sultana additions. A subtle green and herbal edge cuts through the sweetness, keeping the bouquet fresh and balanced. The wheat malt provides a soft, grain-forward base that prevents the hops from becoming shrill.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with the promised tropical fruit character, then transitions quickly into a clean, herbal bitterness that builds through the mid-palate. The wheat malt contributes a soft, almost creamy texture that rounds the edges without adding sweetness. At 48 IBU, the bitterness is present and drying but never harsh, finishing with a crisp snap.

The finish is dry and relatively short, with lingering tropical notes and a persistent herbal spice that fades cleanly. No residual sweetness remains; instead, the palate is left refreshed and ready for the next sip.
