A pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a bright, lasting head. The carbonation is lively and visible throughout the glass, with fine bubbles rising steadily. Schaumkleiden cling to the glass walls as the beer is consumed, indicating good head retention and malt structure.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced honeyed sweetness and fresh grain, underpinned by the subtle floral and perfumed character of noble hops. Hallertau and Perle contribute a soft, herbal complexity without assertiveness. The alcohol warmth adds a gentle background note without any harsh alcohol vapours.

◐ Geschmack

Entry brings soft doughy malt sweetness balanced by a clean, measured bitterness that supports rather than dominates. The mid-palate shows honeyed and slightly sweet character carried smoothly by the 6.8% ABV, which registers as gentle warmth in the throat. At 26 IBU, the bitterness serves to frame the malt without overshadowing the floral hop notes.

◑ Abgang

The finish is long and sweetish, trailing into a clean, dry aftertaste. The alcohol presence becomes apparent as warmth rather than burn, while the honeyed character persists without cloying.
