◎ Aussehen

Deliberately hazy with a pale golden hue, the beer displays the characteristic cloudiness of a New England–style IPA. The head forms quickly and clings to the glass with moderate retention, leaving soft trails of lacing as you drink. Fine carbonation creates a gentle effervescence beneath the surface.

◌ Aroma

Mango and grapefruit dominate the nose, immediately expressing the beer's tropical and citrus character. Behind these fruit-forward notes lie pine needle and a distinctly sappy, resinous quality that anchors the aromatic profile. The oat and pale malts contribute a subtle sweetness that frames without overwhelming the hop expression.

◐ Geschmack

The oat malt provides a soft, slightly chewy body that carries the hop oils smoothly across the palate. Bitterness builds steadily through the mid-palate at 40 IBU—enough to define structure without stripping away the fruit character. The interplay between tropical fruitiness and piney, resinous notes sustains interest without harshness.

◑ Abgang

The finish dries progressively, emphasizing pine and resin with a moderately long fade. The aftertaste remains clean, leaving no sticky sweetness or harsh astringency.

Gut gekühlt servieren. Session IPAs sind am besten kalt — der niedrigere Alkohol bedeutet weniger Wärme zur Balance der Hopfen.

Die geschwungene Form konzentriert Hopfenaromen und hält den Schaum. Unverzichtbar für aromatische Ales und IPAs, bei denen die Nase die halbe Erfahrung ist.
