The soft, white head forms generously on the pour and clings persistently to the glass, laying down fine lacing with each sip. Carbonation is bright and lively, evident in the steady stream of fine bubbles rising through the liquid.

The nose opens with prominent tropical fruit notes—ripe mango and tangerine dominate—layered with a clean, grassy pine character that speaks to noble hop selection. A gentle biscuity sweetness from the malt base provides grounding, preventing the aromatic profile from becoming one-dimensional. The overall impression is fresh and inviting, with no harsh alcohol vapours despite the low ABV.

The palate delivers surprising fullness for a 3.4% beer, with juicy stone fruit and bright grapefruit flavours establishing themselves immediately. A gentle, biscuity malt backbone provides structure and prevents the beer from tasting thin or underbaked. Bitterness arrives measured and refined—approximately 40 IBUs register as present but never aggressive, maintaining balance and keeping the finish lively without dominating the flavour profile.
