Clarity sits at the bridge between bright and cloudy, revealing the suspended yeast that contributes to its juicy character.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with vibrant tropical fruit aromatics, leading with passionfruit and stone fruit notes layered beneath bright citrus. The Citra, Cashmere, and Dolcita hop blend delivers an IPA-level intensity without herbal edges, instead emphasizing the juicy, ripe fruit character that carries through from the brewery's flagship.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is smooth and juicy, with peach and tropical fruit flavors taking the lead across a soft palate. Mid-palate maintains the fruity thrust while a measured bitterness of 40 IBU surfaces without harshness, balancing the sweetness with clean, dry articulation. The finish tilts crisp and refreshing, clean enough for session drinking yet character-driven enough to satisfy hop-focused palates.

◑ Abgang

The aftertaste fades with a lingering citrus note and the drying sensation of noble hopping, leaving the mouth refreshed rather than coated. The session-friendly alcohol sits entirely in the background, letting fruit and hop character lead to the very end.

Gut gekühlt servieren. Session IPAs sind am besten kalt — der niedrigere Alkohol bedeutet weniger Wärme zur Balance der Hopfen.
