The nose leads with candied grapefruit zest and fresh lemon pith, complemented by subtle orange blossom notes. Noble hop character provides a gentle floral undertone without aggressive bittering aromatics. The low ABV keeps the profile clean and racy, allowing citrus and Edelhopfen to dominate.

The palate opens with bright citrus bite—grapefruit and lemon juices provide the primary structure. Mid-palate remains light and crisp, with a subtle malt sweetness that anchors the tartness without heaviness. Bitterness is moderate and restrained, finishing dry with a lingering citrus tingle that invites the next sip.

The finish is clean and short, leaving behind a pleasant citric dryness and a faint hoppy spice. No cloying residue—the low ABV ensures a refreshing, sessionable conclusion.

Gut gekühlt servieren. Session IPAs sind am besten kalt — der niedrigere Alkohol bedeutet weniger Wärme zur Balance der Hopfen.
