◎ Aussehen

Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and bright, luminous transparency. Fine white head forms readily and maintains a delicate collar of lacing around the glass. Carbonation is lively and persistent, with steady streams of fine bubbles rising through the body.

◌ Aroma

Bright citrus and floral hop character dominates the nose, with clear notes of orange peel and grapefruit zest. Subtle tropical fruit undertones emerge on closer inspection, suggesting passionfruit or guava. Light, restrained Malz foundation provides minimal backdrop, allowing the hop aroma to remain the focal point.

◐ Geschmack

Clean, dry entry with immediate hop bitterness and citrus flavor that builds through the mid-palate. Light body carries the flavors efficiently without heaviness; the malt structure is intentionally lean, allowing hop definition to remain sharp. Moderate bitterness (40 IBU) finishes dry and crisp, with no sweetness or thick mouthfeel.

◑ Abgang

Short to medium finish with a lingering dry quality and fading hop bitterness. No residual sweetness or malt warmth; the aftertaste is clean and refreshing, inviting the next sip.

Gut gekühlt servieren. Session IPAs sind am besten kalt — der niedrigere Alkohol bedeutet weniger Wärme zur Balance der Hopfen.
