Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass. The beer displays bright, lively carbonation that sustains the foam throughout the drinking experience. A visually clean and inviting presentation characteristic of the Session IPA style.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus notes—orange zest and grapefruit—layered with tropical fruit undertones from the Citra and Simcoe hops. A grassy, herbal quality complements the fruit-forward character, while subtle floral notes add complexity. The Pilsner malt base provides a clean, neutral backdrop without intrusive grain or yeast character.

Entry is bright and dry, with pronounced hop bitterness that resolves into a lingering citrus and stone-fruit flavor profile. The Pilsner malt core delivers a light, crisp body with subtle breadiness that balances the assertive hop character without heaviness. Mid-palate sustains good hop definition—both flavor and a measured, lingering bitterness—while maintaining refreshing drinkability.

The finish is clean and dry, with hop bitterness fading into a gentle citrus aftertaste. The beer leaves the palate refreshed rather than coated, making it an ideal afternoon sipper.

Gut gekühlt servieren. Session IPAs sind am besten kalt — der niedrigere Alkohol bedeutet weniger Wärme zur Balance der Hopfen.
