◎ Aussehen

Pale amber with excellent clarity and a bright, inviting hue. The head forms quickly and clings to the glass with good persistence, leaving distinct lacing on each sip. Carbonation is crisp and steady, with fine bubbles rising through the clear body.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright tropical fruit—mandarin and stone fruit notes from Eclipse hops dominate the opening. Beneath these sits a pronounced resinous pine character, complemented by subtle grapefruit rind and citrus peel. The oat adjunct provides a soft, grain-forward backdrop without muddying the hop-driven profile.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with ripe stone fruit and citrus that persist through the mid-palate, balanced by a restrained bitterness that allows the fruit to remain prominent. Resinous, piney notes develop beneath the sweetness, while the oat base adds gentle body and a slightly creamy texture. The bitterness is present but measured, never assertive enough to overshadow the primary fruit character.

◑ Abgang

The finish dries moderately with lingering piney and citrus notes fading gradually. A pleasant, clean aftertaste persists without harshness.

Gut gekühlt servieren. Session IPAs sind am besten kalt — der niedrigere Alkohol bedeutet weniger Wärme zur Balance der Hopfen.

Die geschwungene Form konzentriert Hopfenaromen und hält den Schaum. Unverzichtbar für aromatische Ales und IPAs, bei denen die Nase die halbe Erfahrung ist.
