Pours a hazy, sun-kissed golden amber with excellent clarity despite the intentional cloudiness from yeast suspension. A soft, pillowy white head forms and clings persistently to the glass, leaving fine lacing on each sip. The body carries a gentle, effervescent carbonation that enhances the silky mouthfeel.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with an inviting wave of ripe tropical fruit—distinct mango and juicy peach lead, followed by bright citrus zest that adds complexity. Beneath the fruit sits a gentle floral quality and subtle herbal notes from noble hops, creating a well-layered and approachable bouquet. There is no harsh alcohol warmth; instead, a clean, fruit-driven character dominates.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is silky and full-bodied, with lush fruit-forward sweetness that immediately engages the palate. The mid-palate develops a measured, resinous bitterness from quality Edelhopfen that balances the stone fruit and tropical notes without overwhelming them. Malt backbone is restrained but present, allowing the hop character and fruit esters to remain in the foreground throughout.

The finish is clean and lingering, with a pleasant pithy dryness that leaves the palate refreshed and inviting another sip. No cloying residue remains; instead, a subtle citrus and herbal note persists gently into the aftertaste.

Gut gekühlt servieren. Session IPAs sind am besten kalt — der niedrigere Alkohol bedeutet weniger Wärme zur Balance der Hopfen.
