A pale gold hue with excellent clarity and bright, lively carbonation throughout. The head forms a modest crown with fine, even lacing that clings to the glass. The beer presents a clean, inviting visual profile characteristic of a well-executed lager.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with soft grain sweetness from pale malt, accompanied by a bread-crust edge that adds subtle depth. Noble hops emerge as gentle spice—pepper and dried herbs dominate the hop character, with no citrus notes present. The overall aromatic profile is restrained and balanced, allowing malt and hops to share equal space.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is clean and malty, with the pale malt's soft sweetness forming the foundation. The middle palate maintains a dry, herbal character lifted by crisp carbonation that prevents flatness. Bitterness arrives gradually in the mid-palate, a faint but present counterpoint to the malt, building toward a dry finish.

◑ Abgang

The finish is short and dry, with a lingering faint bitterness and a clean palate. No sweetness persists; the aftertaste is mineral and refreshing, inviting another sip.
