◎ Aussehen

A brilliant golden hue with excellent clarity and a fine, tight head that settles into a thin collar of persistent foam. The carbonation is brisk and well-integrated, supporting clean lacing as the glass empties.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with resinous pine and grapefruit peel—classic West Coast hop character. Behind this foundation, the late-addition dry-hopping adds tangerine, coconut, and subtle stone fruit notes that lift and broaden the aromatic profile without overwhelming the citrus-forward entry.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens lean and faintly bready, allowing the firm bitterness to take center stage across the mouthfeel. Hoppy citrus flavors—orange and peach—emerge in the mid-palate but remain disciplined, never overshadowing the structured, drying bitterness that defines the beer's character.

◑ Abgang

The finish is notably long and drying, with lingering resinous bitterness that persists rather than fading quickly. A clean, hoppy aftertaste frames the overall impression without any harshness.
