◎ Aussehen

Winding River presents a bright gold-orange hue with excellent clarity and fine carbonation evident in steady streams. The head builds to a modest height and clings persistently to the glass, leaving fine lacing as you drink.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with vibrant citrus peel and grapefruit, accompanied by resinous pine and evergreen needles. Beneath these bold hop aromatics lies a subtle layer of candied citrus and floral notes, with the malt providing a clean, polished backdrop.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with pronounced hop character—bitter and assertive—while the malt foundation remains deliberately understated and refined rather than sweet. Orange pith and floral complexity develop through the mid-palate, creating a full yet dry sensation without any cloying quality.

◑ Abgang

The finish is long and decidedly dry, with evergreen and pine resin lingering persistently on the palate. Bitterness remains the dominant note, fading slowly rather than abruptly.
