The first revived monastery brewery in Moravia stands in the grounds of the Cistercian monastery of Porta Coeli in Předklášteří near Tišnov. The idea took shape in the summer of 2016, brewing began in July 2019, and 16 shareholders, among them the convent of Cistercian nuns, stand behind it. The beers, mostly unfiltered, unpasteurised lagers, carry the Vorkloster brand, the German name of Předklášteří, and are poured in the tasting pub on site.
