Brewed for St Martin's Day, this strong, semi-dark lager takes its golden colour from a malt blend chosen to recall a goose roasted to a golden finish. It uses a single hop, Harmonie, in a dose generous enough to make it extra bitter and the most heavily hopped beer the brewery has made so far. It stays unfiltered and unpasteurised.
