A modern 11° lager inspired by the Italian Pilsner style, more aromatic and more strongly hopped than a classic Pils. Saaz Brilliant, a modern Czech hop, lends an intense herbal aroma with light citrus tones, and cold hopping adds to the freshness and scent. A clean malt base, a pleasantly pronounced bitterness and a long, dry finish follow. Nothing but Pilsner malt goes into the grist.
