Ruby like autumn leaves with sunlight shining through. The malts bring roasted bread crust, light caramel and a nutty to biscuity note, while the bitterness is pronounced, spicy and earthy before it turns citrusy and herbal. It is brewed on two mashes from five malts to reach the colour, and hopped with Boomerang and Harmonie.
