Beers similar to Doppelmärzen

Full amber with a rich head. Malt rules the scent, with gentle notes of nuts, almonds and honey; in the taste the hops are more noticeable, yet the sweetness of the grain does not take a back seat, and the finish is harmonious. Built on Vienna malt and Žatecký poloraný červeňák. Historically a doppelmärzen was simply a stronger Märzen, not twice as strong and well short of doppelbock.
