Zwickl
Straw-coloured and naturally a little cloudy, with the fresh scent of a young beer: slightly yeasty at first, then quickly taken over by hop oils. The taste is a harmonious hop-and-malt blend with a fruity, spicy lead that lingers long. Carbonation runs a touch lower because the beer rests in the tank for a shorter time. Hallertauer Tradition, Hersbrucker and Opal hops meet Pilsner and Munich malt.
