Beers similar to Munich Helles

Pale yellow, with medium to higher carbonation and a medium body. Maltiness dominates the taste, the German hops only support it, and the dry finish comes from high attenuation. Pilsner malt alone makes the colour so light, and the beer is mashed by infusion. Helles comes from Bavaria, where it was made as an alternative to Pilsner-style lagers; Spalter Select is among its German hops.
