Braník
Braník began in 1899, when thirteen Prague brewmasters built their own brewery in the district of the same name. The first batch ran in September 1900, and the brewery also supplied the court of Emperor Franz Joseph I. Production moved to Staropramen in Smíchov in 2007, and Pivovary Staropramen makes it today. Triple hopping gives Braník a more pronounced bitterness, and its own yeast culture keeps the profile unchanged. Four beers make up the range: Světlý, Jedenáctka, Ležák and Aleš.
