Four Winds Brewing opened on 1 June 2013 in Delta, British Columbia, on the banks of the Fraser River, and is owned and run by the Mills family. The range puts West Coast and European traditions side by side: hop-forward IPAs and pale ales, German and Czech lagers, saisons, and oak-aged mixed-culture sours. Besides the original Tilbury taproom the brewery runs a second location, the Beach House in Tsawwassen. Its Operis took gold at the 2026 World Beer Cup.

Four notes carry across the range. That's a tight house style — most breweries in the catalogue share just one.
Their signature has to hold across very different styles — which makes the notes that do recur more telling, not less.
Across 28 beers in 6 style families, one trait still carries through — a broad range makes a shared signature harder to hold.
