Four Winds Light

◎ Appearance

Pale straw yellow with excellent clarity and bright translucence. A thin, delicate white head forms on the pour and fades quickly, leaving minimal lacing on the glass. Carbonation is moderate and even, producing fine bubbles that rise steadily.

◌ Aroma

Restrained and clean on the nose, with subtle grain notes from the Canadian pilsner malt base. The rice adjunct softens any potential harshness, contributing a light, almost neutral sweetness. Hop presence is minimal, offering only a whisper of herbal restraint without aggressive florality or citrus.

◐ Taste

Light and drying on entry, with a clean malt foundation that reads faintly bready and corn-like—characteristic of the rice contribution. Bitterness is exceptionally low at 12 IBU, barely perceptible on the mid-palate, allowing the malt's delicate sweetness to dominate. The body remains featherweight throughout, dry and smooth without any rough edges.

Short and clean, fading quickly to a dry, grainy aftertaste. No lingering sweetness or hop bite interrupts the departure.
