Four Winds Red
An Irish red ale at 4.5% and 14 IBU, a low figure even for a style that is not built on bitterness. Four Winds describes caramel malt against a gentle roast, mild spice, a light finish and moderate carbonation. It is the only red ale in the current range and the one beer that leans on malt rather than hops or acidity. Limited, in 355 ml six-packs.
